The Age 26 Survey took place in 1996. This was the first adult survey and aimed to find out what you were doing in your mid-20s. You were sent a paper questionnaire and asked to post it back. Around 9,000 of you took part.
The questionnaire asked about any qualifications you had obtained since you were 16, what kind of work you were doing, relationships, marriage and children, physical and mental health, drinking, smoking and your attitudes and values.
