The problem-solving tasks stopped part way through — what should I do?

This can occasionally happen if, for example, your internet connection is briefly interrupted. Simply refresh your browser or click on the same link we sent you to return to the tasks. The software will take you back to where you left off, so you will not need to repeat any completed tasks. This will also work if you switch to a different device.
