No, they will not know who said what. The names and addresses of respondents interviewed in this survey are known only to the small team of researchers at NatCen Social Research and the Centre for Longitudinal Studies who are involved in this study. Names and addresses will be kept separate from the questionnaire answers and the results of the health measures, and will never be revealed without your permission. This means that replies can never be personally identified.
